Until you make your unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it destiny.

What is life coaching?
I am a Certified Psychodynamic Life Coach, a branch of life coaching that helps people achieve their goals and live in alignment with who they truly are. Rooted in Carl Jung’s work on the subconscious, this approach goes beyond surface-level change to uncover the deeper forces shaping our lives.
The term "psychodynamic" refers to the hidden dynamics within our psyche (mind). By exploring the subconscious, we reveal how past beliefs, patterns, and experiences continue to influence our present.
It works with key Jungian concepts like the subconscious, the ego, the mask, individuation, and my favorite: the shadow.
Unlike the common belief that the shadow is our "dark side," Jung saw it as everything that remains unconscious to us—not just traits we reject, but also our greatest gifts. And what stays in the shadow doesn’t disappear—it silently shapes our lives. It holds everything we learned was “unsafe to be” from birth until adulthood, dictating our choices without us even realizing it.
This process isn’t about “believing in yourself”—it’s about knowing yourself. That’s when true transformation happens.
Most coaching focuses on changing thoughts to override emotions (Believe in yourself! You can do it!). Psychodynamic coaching works differently. It starts by recognizing that emotions are signals from the ego, holding back unconscious aspects of ourselves that are trying to emerge. The stronger the emotion, the more urgently your subconscious is pushing you to integrate a part of yourself that you’ve been rejecting.
When you learn to observe emotions without being consumed by them, you create space to integrate those hidden aspects. This is what leads to deep, lasting transformation—a life lived more and more in alignment with who you truly are.
It’s not about changing your thoughts or forcing belief in yourself. It’s about reclaiming all parts of you and having the freedom to choose what to do with them.
